UHF AM Radio

The Jotron series 7000 UHF digital radios are designed to provide ground to air communication for professional users in the air defence frequency range. The radios provide excellent audio performance together with unmatched RF performance in tough electromagnetic environments.

The receiver maintains its good sensitivity even when strong locally generated signals are present on neighbour channels. The transmitter is designed to give a minimum of unwanted noise and spurious products. Delivered standard with AM capabilities, it can also be delivered with FM as an option.

The radios consist of different units with a plug-in modular design, to enable fast and convenient service and upgrades. By using various combinations of these units, they will conform a receiver, a transmitter or a complete transceiver.

The radios comply to known international standards and recommendations.

Adding the unique RF design to this, you have most probably the radio with the best analogue features, considering the fact that voice still will be the most important communication link in Ground to Air in the years to come.

Available as Receiver or Transmitter only, together they conform a Transceiver due to the modular design. The Transmitters and Transceivers are available in 50W, 25W or 10W versions.

Easy to install, easy to set up and virtually maintenance free, this radio system is complying to, and exceeding all international standards and recommendations for this type of radio communication.
 

Projects Realized and Completed in TURKEY

In Turkey, more than 2900 each the most advanced Jotron VHF and UHF Ground to Air Communication Units / Systems (Transmitters, Receivers, Transceivers; Fixed, Mobile and Manpack versions) are operational in the Airports and Airfields which operate by DHMI (Turkish State Airports Administration) and Turkish Air Forces and other Gov. Administrations since 1987 continuously and successfully. The systems are technically supported and maintained by YAZICI Co.
